About HaloScalp
HaloScalp is a small independent operation. We sell one product: a cordless LED cap for red light therapy on the scalp. That's it. No range, no bundles, no upsells.
Why one product
Because the category is full of stores selling forty devices they've never touched. We would rather stand behind one thing and answer questions about it properly than list a catalogue we can't speak to.
What we think light therapy is
A supportive addition to a scalp care routine. Gradual. Worth trying if you're curious and the price is one you're comfortable with.
What we don't think it is: a cure, a medical treatment, or a substitute for talking to a doctor. You'll notice our product page says results vary and some people will see no change at all. That costs us sales. We'd still rather say it, because the alternative is taking money from someone who expected something we never had the right to promise.
If hair loss is genuinely worrying you, speak to a GP or a dermatologist first. There are clinically established treatments. This isn't one of them, and we're not going to pretend otherwise to close a sale.
How we handle things when they go wrong
Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days and then take a week or more to arrive, because of where they ship from. We say so on the product page rather than burying it, because a delivery estimate you discover after paying is how trust gets lost.
You have a 14-day legal right to cancel and a 30-day return window on top of that. If something arrives faulty we cover the return postage. Messages come to a real person and get answered.
